**Kualifikasi**:

- Pendidikan mínimal **S1 Teknik Lingkungan, Sipil, Industri, atau Pemasaran Teknik**.
- Pengalaman mínimal **7 tahun** dalam penjualan proyek B2B infrastruktur atau industri (lebih diutamakan dari latar EPC/kontraktor air & limbah).
- Berpengalaman menangani **tender besar (LPSE, BUMN, developer, pabrik)**.
- Mampu berkomunikasi lintas disiplin antara aspek teknis dan komersial.
- Memiliki **network luas** dan berorientasi pada pertumbuhan (_growth driven & hands-on_).

**Tanggung Jawab**:

- Mengelola proses tender dan penjualan _B2B_ (pemerintah maupun swasta) untuk produk seperti _FRP, WTP, STP_, tangki, pipa, dan sistem mekanikal.
- Membangun serta mempertahankan relasi dengan konsultan, kontraktor, dan pemilik proyek (PUPR, PDAM, RS, developer, industri kimia/F&B).
- Menyusun strategi harga, analisis pasar, serta melakukan branding dan digital sales untuk meningkatkan brand exposure.
- Bekerja sama dengan divisi _Engineering_ & Produksi untuk memastikan solusi teknis sesuai dengan kebutuhan proyek.
- Memantau kinerja tim sales melalui CRM dan _pipeline reporting_ berbasis _Odoo/ERP._
