Position Overview
The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for leading and growing the sales team while driving revenue through strong client relationships, strategic sales planning, and exceptional communication skills. This role requires a confident, persuasive communicator who can present products clearly, engage high-net-worth clients, and consistently achieve ambitious individual and team targets. The Senior Sales Manager will also mentor and develop sales executives, to ensure overall team performance and alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must Have Skills & Experiences
- 5–7 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Fluency in English
(spoken & written) with exceptional clarity in communication. - Excellent phone call skills—confident, persuasive, and capable of converting high-quality leads.
- Strong face-to-face communication skills, especially when dealing with
high-net-worth or VIP clients
. - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding
high individual and team sales targets
. - Ability to manage, coach, and develop both new and experienced sales professionals.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
- Ability to clearly present and explain premium product offerings to discerning clients.
- High emotional intelligence and professional composure.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury hospitality, premium services, real estate, investment, or industries serving high-net-worth individuals.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
