Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Manager located in Bogor. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing and leading a team of sales and marketing professionals, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, coordinating marketing campaigns, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring targets are met. The role also involves collaboration with other departments to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and developing revenue growth strategies.
  • Marketing expertise, including experience in Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, Brand Strategy, and Market Analysis.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively.
  • Proficiency in research and strategic planning to develop data-driven insights and implement successful market initiatives.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and marketing metrics for informed decision-making.
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience in the not-for-profit or religious sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
