Search and identify potential influencers;
Direct and monitor collaboration between brands and influencers;
Identify the latest trends related to influencers;
Analyze data related to the effectiveness of influencer collaboration;
Develop reports that show the effectiveness, budgeting, and performance of influencers on a regular basis;
Measure and report on influencer strategy on a regular basis;
Manage budget for influencers.
A minimum of 2 year of relevant industry experience;
Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy;
Great communication & presentation skill;
Enthusiastic, creative, well-organized;
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Have a strong interest in beauty;
Great at networking and meeting new people;
Experience working in an agency is a plus.
