- Min. High School graduate
- Experience as Teacher Assistant in sport-related business
- Physically fit & able to assist in sport activities (Padel, Tennis, Badminton, Futsal, Basketball, and Swimming)
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- First Aid & CPR certified
- Good organizational & time management skills
- Knowledge of safety & emergency procedure
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good English communication skills
- Placement at Summarecon Mall Bekasi
**- Support the Coach in planning, preparing, and leading sports activities.
- Assist participants of all skill levels by providing guidance, technical instruction, and ensuring safety.
- Set up, organize, and maintain equipment and facilities before and after activities.
- Monitor participants during sessions to ensure discipline, engagement, and adherence to safety procedures.
- Keep records of attendance and participant progress, and communicate with parents/guardians when needed.
- Provide operational support such as court preparation, rental assistance, or ball boy service (tennis) when required.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and readiness of training areas and equipment.
