As a Padel Coach at Avion Sports Center, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions to players of all levels, developing effective training programs, and contributing to the growth of the padel community at Avion. The role requires passion for teaching, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Player Training & Development

  2. Conduct individual and group coaching sessions (beginner to advanced levels).

  3. Develop players' technical, tactical, physical, and mental skills.
  4. Provide regular performance evaluations and feedback to players.

  5. Academy Programs & Curriculum

  6. Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining Avion's padel training curriculum.

  7. Support kids', junior, and adult training programs in line with club goals.
  8. Ensure consistency and quality in all training sessions.

  9. Tournaments & Events

  10. Support in organizing internal and external tournaments.

  11. Accompany and prepare players for competitions.
  12. Actively participate in promotional events, workshops, and exhibitions.

  13. Administration & Coordination

  14. Record and report coaching hours and player attendance.

  15. Coordinate with admin and operations teams for schedules and court bookings.
  16. Maintain training equipment and ensure a safe, organized training environment.

  17. Professional Conduct

  18. Demonstrate professionalism and serve as a role model for players.

  19. Uphold Avion's values of sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork.
  20. Build and maintain positive relationships with members, colleagues, and management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a padel or tennis coach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Deep understanding of padel techniques and game strategy.
  • Responsible, disciplined, and a team player.

Working Conditions:

  • Based on Avion Sports Center's operational schedule.
  • Must be available on weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Willing to participate in tournaments, events, or business travel as needed.
