**The opportunity**

This position is to leads agile practice and processes, advising agile teams to ensure highly functional and productive team

**Individual Accountabilities**:

- Coaches’ different levels of hierarchy through agile principles & practices
- Proactively provides real-time feedback to keep delivery on track and address issues as they arise
- Reinforces target agile behaviors
- Facilitates agile events, processes; assists team with trouble shooting
- Facilitates the adoption of agile principles & practices
- Helps educate the squad on Agile practices Identifies Agile Team improvement opportunities
- Facilitates resolving obstacles & escalates where necessary
- Focuses squads on value creation
- Facilitates and actively participates in Agile events
- Work closely with the PO and ensure the technical backlog is maintained
- Supporting and educating the PO, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
- Regularly monitor the progress using the JIRA dashboard and suggest action items to overcome any impediments
- Identifies obstacles with coaching
- Identifies opportunities to increase velocity
- Sees and understands actions
- Understands importance of cooperation & information sharing
- Knowledge of company culture

- Solid contributor and often enables others to contribute as well

- Good verbal and written communication; able to effectively articulate technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes
