We are looking for exceptional Agile Scrum Masters who are certified with significant experience in digital deliveries from customer led design right through to deployment to Live. Able to work under their own initiative, are great problem solvers and are comfortable with a high degree of uncertainty. Experience in agile tools and techniques are a must as these roles require the ability to give guidance and coaching to stakeholders, provide focus and direction, resolve ambiguity and uncertainty and to baseline and achieve programme and projects goals.
- Scrum master is responsible to facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
- Possesses conflict resolution, does conversation by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty and respect.
- Should be a friendly communicative person, because when team is moving fast in Agile, communication is the effective force which holds the team together.
- Needs to forecast the numbers of deliverables possible in an iteration, which is based on evidence and reliable source.
- Needs to be an expert in estimation and planning. He knows how to create useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects.
- Should be a good coach in Agile practices. S/he can coach individuals and interactions over processes and tools.
- Helping the team agree on what they can achieve during each development sprint (or another period).
- Helping the team continuously make progress on the project by ensuring each person is working on the right tasks, helping to remove any obstacles to the team members’ progress, and protecting the team from distractions.
- Making sure everyone on the team understands the project’s goals and scope.
- Helps product owner to make and maintain the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
- Facilitate his team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team.
- Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology.
- Ability to ensure the correct use of scrum process.
- Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum team.
- Arranged daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.
- Acts as safeguard for his team.

**Requirment**:

- 2+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
- Certified scrum master preferred.
- Familiarity with software development
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, XP etc. to deliver solutions.
- Previous experience with the following also strongly preferred MIRO, JIRA, Confluence or other Project Management tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Scrum master certification is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From Rp7,000,000 per month
