Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Mengawasi dan menyelenggarakan kegiatan terkait kesejahteraan pekerja sesuai dengan standar perusahaan dalam hal pengupahan, tunjangan serta fasilitas pendukung kegiatan kerja, termasuk di dalamnya penyediaan tempat ibadah, sarana olah raga dan ruang.
  • Melakukan perhitungan dan pelaporan pajak PPh 21 sesuai ketentuan perpajakan yang berlaku, baik untuk kewajiban bulanan maupun tahunan.
  • Mengelola kepesertaan seluruh karyawan pada Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan.
  • Melakukan pembaharuan data karyawan dan menyusun laporan personalia terkait jumlah dan komposisi pekerja, dan masuk/keluar karyawan.
  • Melakukan kegiatan administrasi personalia yang berkaitan dengan dokumen kepersonaliaan, presensi, lembur, perjalanan dinas, cuti, mutasi, promosi dan demosi karyawan.
  • Mengawasi dan menyelenggarakan kegiatan terkait hubungan industrial, termasuk di dalamnya penyusunan peraturan perusahaan, perjanjian kerja, pelaksanaan wajib lapor ketenagakerjaan serta menjadi fasilitator dalam penyelesaian permasalahan hubungan industrial.
  • Bekerja sama dengan setiap divisi/departemen dalam upaya menegakkan peraturan, tata tertib serta sistem dan prosedur yang berlaku di dalam perusahaan.
  • Mendukung kinerja bisnis perusahaan melalui pengelolaan biaya operasional yang efisien dan efektif.

Kualifikasi:

  • Berpendidikan minimal Sarjana (S1) Ilmu Hukum/Manajemen SDM/Ekonomi Akuntansi/Psikologi.
  • Berpengalaman di bidang Compensation, Benefit & Industrial Relation minimal 4 tahun.
  • Berusia maksimal 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun.
  • Memiliki komunikasi yang baik secara lisan maupun tulisan.
  • Dapat berbahasa Inggris (aktif/pasif) secara lisan maupun tertulis.
