DESIGNATION : Compensation Benefit & HRIS Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Memberikan dukungan administratif dan operasional harian seperti Payroll support, BPJS, Asuransi Karyawan, HRIS) serta mendukung kegiatan proyek HR untuk memastikan seluruh proses berjalan akurat, tepat waktu, dan sesuai kebijakan perusahaan.
  • Melakukan komunikasi langsung dengan vendor BPJS, asuransi, atau stakeholder lainnya untuk keperluan administratif.
  • Mengatur prioritas pekerjaan harian berdasarkan tenggat waktu payroll dan kebutuhan proyek.
  • Membuat dan mendistribusikan surat administrasi karyawan (confirmation letter, surat KPR, surat visa, dan lainnya).
  • Mengelola dan mengompilasi dokumen klaim karyawan seperti klaim melahirkan, pernikahan, atau duka cita.
  • Menindaklanjuti pertanyaan atau isu asuransi kesehatan dari karyawan.
  • Menginput data karyawan baru dan terminasi ke sistem payroll. Memeriksa data lembur dan absensi untuk proses penggajian bulanan.
  • Menyusun laporan headcount bulanan dan mengecek invoice vendor payroll system (CATAPA) untuk proses pembayaran.
  • Membuat surat aktifasi/deaktivasi BPJS untuk karyawan dan keluarga.
  • Melakukan input data endorsement (penambahan/penghapusan peserta).
  • Menginput perubahan data karyawan seperti jabatan, departemen, level, grade atau lainnya ke dalam sistem CATAPA.
  • Membuat data baru (department/designation) jika belum tersedia di sistem.
  • Mendukung proyek Comben & HRIS seperti job grading, salary benchmarking, data audit atau lainnya.
  • Membantu dokumentasi, pelaporan, dan koordinasi lintas fungsi selama proyek berlangsung.
  • Memenuhi risiko/temuan audit
  • Memastikan tim/kolega terinformasi dan terbiasa untuk mendukung tata kelola perusahaan yang baik dalam area kerja mereka masing-masing

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimal SMA/SMK Sederajat
  • Minimal 1 tahun di HR Admin/ Payroll

Knowledge

  • Payroll, BPJS, Insurance & HRIS
  • Administrasi kepegawaian

Skills & Abilities:

  • Microsoft Excel
