We are looking for an
aggressive, high-energy, rock-star Sales Executive
who is hungry to close deals and exceed targets. The ideal candidate is relentless, bold, and highly persuasive — someone who thrives under pressure and performs best in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new sponsorship sales for TEH Group events and executive programs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate high-quality leads.
  • Confidently engage with C-level executives and senior decision makers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors and partners.
  • Achieve (and exceed) monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Attend events to support sponsors and build strong networks.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales (Events, Technology, SaaS, or similar industries preferred).
  • Aggressive, fearless, target-driven, and "rock-star" sales personality.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English
    (mandatory).
  • Strong resilience and ability to work under pressure.
  • Must work from office (WFO), Jakarta.
