  • Mendukung pemasaran dengan memberikan informasi teknis, saran, dan sampel untuk pelanggan
  • Menganalisis/menguji sampel untuk memastikan kualitas produk
  • Melakukan tugas-tugas lain yang diberikan atasan
  • Mencari ide-ide untuk melakukan pengembangan bisnis untuk perusahaan
