Key Responsibilities

  • Handle commercial operations, including checking sales documents (Bill of Lading, Certificate of Analysis, COO, etc).
  • Manage inventory activities: discuss and follow up on stock situation, barging schedule, production achievement, and sales delivery schedule.
  • Draft, review, and check contracts and Letters of Credit (LC) based on sales recap and contractual terms.
  • Analyze data and conduct research related to sales and operational performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or Supply Chain Management (SCM) preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Fluent in English; intermediate Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
