PT. Sumber Daya Energi (SDE), an underground coal mining company under China Qinfa Group, is seeking an experienced
Legal Supervisor
to join our team in Indonesia. This role will play a key part in providing legal support to business operations, ensuring compliance, managing contracts, and supporting cross-border communication within a multinational working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Provide legal advice to internal departments (Sales, HR, Finance, Operations).
  • Conduct legal risk assessments and provide compliance recommendations.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and deliver internal compliance training.
  • Support litigation and dispute resolution, including coordination with external law firms.
  • Identify operational legal risks and propose preventive measures.
  • Guide and support junior legal staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Law; valid legal practice license required.
  • Minimum 3 years of legal experience; law firm + in-house background preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian commercial and corporate law.
  • Excellent bilingual drafting and negotiation skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English).
  • Strong legal research, analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Business-minded with the ability to balance risk and operations.
  • Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written)
    required.

● Working days: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, based at Menara Astra

● Meals provided: Two times a day

● Budget range 25-35 juta
