岗位职责(Job Responsibilities)

调研分析印尼储能市场动态、产品需求及政策导向,主导推进新项目开发,推广公司储能技术与全系列产品

挖掘客户核心需求,协调内部资源推进项目落地,扩大市场份额

维护存量客户,开拓高价值新客户,制定销售计划并确保目标达成

洞察竞争对手策略与价格体系,制定针对性竞争方案

任职要求(Job Requirements)

本科及以上学历,4年以上储能或相关新能源行业业务经验,熟悉储能品牌(如德业、大秦、海程等)或逆变器/PCS(如锦浪、科士达)、光伏组件行业者优先

深耕印尼本地储能市场,具备深厚行业认知、优质客户资源及渠道开拓能力

逻辑清晰,具备良好的市场分析、商务谈判与跨部门协调能力,结果导向突出

英语可作为工作语言,本地籍优先,年龄 40 岁左右为佳(不超过 50 岁)

认同中资企业运营模式,有中资出海企业工作背景或印尼储能项目成功案例者优先

II. Recruitment Position: Energy Storage Business Supervisor (Based in Indonesia)Position Highlights

Flexible Model: Supports Homebase remote work (no restriction on city, aligned with customer group distribution), optional cooperation via EOR or consultant agreement

Efficient Onboarding: 3-4 streamlined interviews (2 business interviews + 1 HR interview), initial online chat + offline meeting as needed, quick onboarding for qualified candidates

Job Responsibilities

Conduct research and analysis on the dynamics, product demands, and policy trends of the Indonesian energy storage market, lead the promotion of new project development, and promote the company's energy storage technologies and full-range products

Identify core customer needs, coordinate internal resources to promote project implementation, and expand market share

Maintain existing customer relationships, develop high-value new customers, formulate sales plans, and ensure the achievement of sales targets

Gain insights into competitors' strategies and pricing systems, and develop targeted competitive plans

Coordinate internal and external communication to ensure the smooth progress of sales work

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 4 years of business experience in energy storage or related new energy industries. Familiarity with energy storage brands (such as Deye, Daqin, Haicheng, etc.) or inverter/PCS (such as Growatt, KStar) and photovoltaic module industries is preferred

Deeply rooted in the Indonesian local energy storage market, with profound industry knowledge, high-quality customer resources, and channel development capabilities

Clear logical thinking, good market analysis, business negotiation, and cross-departmental coordination capabilities, with a strong result-oriented mindset

English proficiency as a working language, local citizens preferred, aged around 40 years old (no more than 50 years old)

Recognize the operation model of Chinese-funded enterprises, and those with work experience in Chinese-funded overseas enterprises or successful cases of Indonesian energy storage projects are preferred
