About the role

We are seeking an experienced Legal & Permit Supervisor to join our team at PT Feni Haltim. In this full-time contract role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance and supporting the company's strategic initiatives in our Jakarta Selatan office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive legal services and advice to the business on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters
  2. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, legal instruments and other documents
  3. Supporting investments, tender responses and other opportunities for the delivery of new and expanded services
  4. Assisting the company in operating in accordance with legislative requirements, regulations and internal policies
  5. Leading and overseeing the design, development and maintenance of legal tools, templates and resources
  6. Mentoring and supporting more junior members of the legal team

What we're looking for

  1. 8+ years' post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law, ideally gained within a large law firm or in-house legal team
  2. Extensive experience in areas such as commercial contracting, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, health services regulation, privacy and competition law compliance
  3. Proven ability to provide pragmatic, commercially-focused legal advice that is trusted and understood by stakeholders
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work autonomously and lead a team
