Digital Marketing Associate Expert

If you are someone with
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital media or performance marketing, with a strong track record of managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels, with proven ability to improve conversion rates through data-driven testing, landing page optimization, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Strategic thinker with a performance-driven mindset and strong analytical approach.
  • Innovative, curious, and always up to date with the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, and other analytics/reporting platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
  • Strong project management skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Lead and optimize performance marketing to drive acquisition, sales growth, and efficiency across iQOO's digital and e-commerce channels.
  • Build data-driven frameworks for targeting, bidding, audience optimization, and full-funnel acquisition.
  • Ensure strong tracking, accurate attribution, and consistent performance reporting to support business decisions.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and e-commerce ad networks (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada).
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce, brand, creative, and cross-functional teams to align campaigns with product and sales priorities.
  • Analyze results and present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
