The Digital (Social Media) Officer, working in close conjunction with the Marketing (Brand) team, contributes to the development of social media strategies and policies and takes the lead in their implementation; develops and implements social media guidelines, systems, procedures and tools; and provides expert reporting, analytics, and advice to increase visibility, awareness, understanding and support for Ismaya Live’s activities and programs.

The Officer is also responsible for social media research (practices and trends); analytics, overall reporting, monitoring, analyzing and reporting on comments and conversations, as well as external social media sites; live tweeting and responding to inquiries/comments. Although social media is the primary focus, the Officer may also develop, use, and implement other new media as required.

**Job Requirements**:

- 1 to 2 years experience (Social Media or Digital related) or Fresh Graduate are welcome;
- Social Media Enthusiast, Creative & innovative person;
- Social media savvy and up to date with current trends (IG, Titk Tok, Twitter, others);
- Having an interest in influencers/artists on social media;
- Good interpersonal, communication skill and attention to detail;
- Familiar with the digital campaign;
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment;
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both oral and written;
- Able to work as a team member, but also has the ability to work independently and to deliver quality work on time;
- Required skill(s): video editing, basic design, copywriting, content creator.
