Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated
Sales Development Specialist
to support our sales process after NDA signing until the partnership agreement (PKS) is finalized. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in sales and business development. You will assist clients during the application build-up phase, coordinate with internal teams, and support negotiations on pricing and contracts to ensure a smooth collaboration process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a supporting point of contact for clients after NDA signing.
  • Assist in coordinating client requirements with internal teams during the application build-up process.
  • Support the sales team in pricing discussions and partnership agreement (PKS) negotiations.
  • Prepare and deliver sales-related documents such as presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Monitor client progress and provide updates to both internal teams and sales leads.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any major (Business, Management, or Information Technology is a plus).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience
    in sales, account management, or client relationship roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to
    navigate client flow processes
    , including mapping key stakeholders and understanding decision-making structures
  • Strong capability to
    manage timelines and targets
    , ensuring deliverables and revenue goals are achieved according to plan
  • Skilled in
    validating account potential
    and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Effective
    negotiation and communication skills
    , able to represent the company's interest while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Proactive, fast learner, and detail-oriented.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
