About The Role

We're an exciting
new FMCG brand
preparing to launch in Indonesia, inspired by the energy of K-Culture and designed for Gen Z and millennials. We're looking for a
Finance Accounting Executive
to join our growing team who can manage budget forecasts and keep track of our financial growth milestones. You'll manage our spending plans, publish regular income statements, and implement initiatives to help improve our financial health.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage financial budgets and track the actual performance against targets
  • Prepare monthly income statement and cash flow statements
  • Create and report quarterly and annual balance sheet statements
  • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
  • Assist the Sales team with creating and tracking invoices for customers
  • Keep an accurate record of all financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and payments
  • Ensure regulatory and tax compliance with the relevant authority guidelines
  • Help develop and maintain financial policies to strengthen our financial performance

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of working experience in a Finance/Accounting role
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or a similar role
  • Solid fundamental knowledge in financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Hardworking, good communicator, and a team player
  • Experience in a Tax or Legal role is a Plus
  • Experience working in an FMCG or Beverage company is a Plus
  • Knowledge about K-Culture (K-Drama, K-Pop, lifestyle, trends) is a Plus
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and Conversational English. Korean language knowledge is also a Plus
  • Based in Jakarta
