Job Descriptions
- Assist the manager in preparing monthly financial reports and ensure timely closing.
- Assist in the consolidation of financial statements from multiple entities or business units.
- Manages accounts payable including the verification, recording, and execute bank payments, including payroll disbursements and vendor settlements while ensuring compliance with tax and approval processes.
- Handles accounts receivables including billing customers, recording incoming payments, and ensuring timely collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal/external audit processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g tax consultants).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting (internship experiences are welcome).
- Solid knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and experience in preparing monthly tax (PPN, PPh).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
