As a 
Finance, Accounting, and Tax Executive (Mandarin Speaker)
, you will play a key role in managing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations, while also supporting cross-border coordination with Mandarin-speaking counterparts. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex financial information between Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin to facilitate seamless collaboration with regional or head office teams.

Job tasks :

  1. Manage daily accounting activities for two companies, including AP, AR, general ledger, and reconciliations.
  2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  3. Handle payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and related compliance including BPJS and income tax.
  4. Oversee tax filings (VAT, PPh 21 tax, withholding tax, corporate income tax) and ensure timely submission.
  5. Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and external consultants.
  6. Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
  7. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense tracking for both companies.
  8. Support management with financial analysis, forecasting, and decision-making.
  9. Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements.
  10. Recommend process improvements for financial efficiency and compliance.
