Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
  • Ensure accurate tax calculations, timely tax reporting, and compliance with applicable tax laws.
  • Handle end-to-end tax processes, from preparation to submission, including VAT, corporate tax, and other relevant taxes.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and receivable to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for tax and financial optimization.
  • Work independently, ensuring tasks and responsibilities are executed effectively with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and taxation.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles (PSAK/IFRS), and tax regulations.
  • Hands-on experience in tax compliance, tax audits, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
