QUALIFICATION :

  • Bachelor of Accounting , Finance or related
  • Min. 3 years experiences in Accounting and Tax at Shipping Company
  • Proficiency in Accurate System and Tax System
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independentyl and as part of team
  • Have Brevet A & B Certificates
  • Willing to be Placed : Sudirman - Jakarta Selatan

JOB SCOPE :

  • Record all daily transactions to accurate system based on bank statements and ensure that have complete supporting documents prepared by finance
  • Coordination with finance for outstanding Account Receivable and Account Payable
  • Coordination with finance for petty cash balance and create journal record into the accurate system
  • Identification if any expense need to accrued and verify all incoming & outgoing invoices from finance and ensure its compliance with prevailing regulations
  • Prepare monthly tax calculation , reporting and tax equalization
  • Prepare journal adjustment, transaction document and supporting list for month-end and year-end closing
  • Create any Tax Invoices into E-Faktur based on sales invoice and share Withholding tax to related vendors.

  • Assisting and prepare document tax audit & external audit process

  • Prepare any document if there is a requirement and visit the tax office

  • Filling all tax and accounting document
  • Support FAT SPV with task when required
