We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Tax Specialist to join our growing team in the data center industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and overseeing all tax-related matters in compliance with Indonesian regulations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support financial operations and provide strategic insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK.
  • Manage general ledger operations, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
  • Handle corporate tax compliance, including monthly and annual tax filings (PPN, PPh 21/23/25/26/29).
  • Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Monitor changes in local tax regulations and ensure timely compliance.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation and internal controls related to accounting and tax processes.
  • Assist in improving financial processes and implementing best practices within the finance team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and tax roles, preferably exBig 4 (audit or tax).
  • Strong understanding of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Experience in working with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in teams.
  • Experience in the data center, technology, or infrastructure industry is a plus.
