The firm's tax department is staffed by experienced professionals dedicated to guiding clients through complex and often contentious tax-related matters, ensuring maximum protection for sensitive legal records under attorney-client privilege.

Role Description

  • Collect all necessary documents from clients for financial statement preparation and tax reporting.
  • Sort and review documents to ensure completeness.
  • Record journal entries and prepare financial statements, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement, along with sub-ledgers.
  • Calculate and prepare all tax obligations including: WHT 4(2), 15, 21, 22, 23, 26, VAT, and CIT
  • ⁠Reconcile tax payments and ensure timely submission of tax returns (SPT) on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Communicate with clients regarding supporting documents, deadlines, and tax issues.
  • ⁠Assist in responding to tax queries, audits, or objections if needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum D3 or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Accounting or tax Consultant.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with tax administration tools such as Coretax, e-Tax Court, and others.
  • Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Effective in communication and documentation.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English.
  • Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work in a team.
  • Domiciled in Bali.
