Qualifications:

  • Diploma Degree in Accounting/ Economics
  • Minimum 3 years Finance Executive / Accountant experiences
  • Good knowledge in Finance/ Accounting standard and taxation
  • Understanding IFRS and local regulation
  • Brevet A & B
  • Effective English communication and Business Writing
  • Customer experience management

Responsibilities:

  • Process and record all vendor invoices and customer billings.
  • Monitor and manage outstanding payables and receivables (AP & AR).
  • Ensure timely vendor payments and accurate receipt posting from customers.
  • Maintain and update AP/AR aging reports regularly.
  • Prepare and maintain financial documents, records, and supporting files.
  • Handle petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation.
  • Support daily cash flow monitoring and cash planning.
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and coordinate with banks when needed.
  • Support monthly and annual closing (journals, accruals, adjustments).
  • Prepare routine financial reports and simple analysis for management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and customers on finance matters.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.
  • Support any ad-hoc finance tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
