What You'll Do

  • Manage daily financial operations, including monitoring bank & wallet balances and updating expenses in Xero.
  • Maintain accurate tax invoice records and support monthly reporting.
  • Handle employee cash advance processes, including settlement, tracking, and timely follow-ups on outstanding advances.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure timely submission of monthly invoices (BPJS, vendors, utilities, etc.).
  • Assist in preparing management reports.
  • Support audit requests by organizing and providing required financial data.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related roles (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles; experience with Xero is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working both independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Good communication skills and strong ownership mindset.
