Responsibilities 1. Responsible for monthly end-to-end payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, output and statutory reporting; 2. Participate in the improvement and implementation of payroll processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy; 3. Support payroll and benefit processes landing according to new policies or law and regulation changes; 4. Provide payroll reporting & analysis with the Finance team and assist with internal and external audits; 5. Manage payroll vendors effectively by strictly adhering to the contract and SLA; 6. Develop relationships with authorities, not limited to Social Security, Tax, etc; 7. Partnering and working collaboratively with HR Business Partners, HR Operations team to elevate employee experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 1. Hands-on, strong functional knowledge of Payroll and tax knowledge; 2. Proven track record in providing a high standard of payroll verification and checking skills; 3. Experience in legal and compliance audits in payroll, such as income taxes, statutory social securities; 4. Strong influence and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: 1. 4 years experience with inhouse payroll operation experience; 2. Bachelor's degree or above; 3. Vendor management and project management skills; 4. Experience in Payroll system implementation; 5. Highly proficient and excellent communication skills.
