Job description:

  • Perform accurate data entry of conveyancing information and relevant data into software for testing purposes.
  • Provide valuable feedback and reports to the IT team regarding daily testing activities and future software operations.
  • Offer administrative support to the Australian legal team in matters related to conveyancing, leases, and other legal matters.
  • Stay informed about the latest updates in Australian legal legislation and relevant government website changes.
  • Organize and categorize Australian legal articles and news for easy reference.
  • Generate regular work process reports for the office manager.
  • Collaborate effectively with the IT team to facilitate testing and smooth software operation.
  • Work closely with the Australian legal team to assist in data entry.
  • Fulfill other requested administrative duties as needed.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel;
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
  • Aptitude for learning new software and systems

  • Bachelor's or associate's degree (or equivalent);
  • Experience in legal support or administration preferred;
  • Excellent proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and preferably able in Chinese too.
