Job Description

  • Providing Legal Advice And Assistance, Particularly Related To Product Development (policy And Product Related Documents), Digital Partnership, Financial Agreements, Bancassurance And Product Distribution Agreement, Marketing Communication And CSR Related Agreement, Hospital Provider & Medical Panel Agreement, Third-party Agreement, Agency And Corporate Business Related
  • Providing Support In Reviewing And Finalizing Day To Day Operation Agreements, Project-related Contracts And Other Legal Documents For Execution
  • Providing Support In Planning And Executing Projects, Including Team Activities And Special Projects
  • Conducting Corporate Document Repository - Keeping And Managing Documentation Of Various Executed Agreement
  • Managing The Standard Operational Procedures Of Corporate Legal Function

Requirement

  • Bachelor of Laws, with CGPA of no less than 3.00
  • 5 years of work experience as an in-house counsel in corporate function from insurance/banking/financial technology/lawyer in reputable firm
  • Prior experience in a multinational insurance company is a huge advantage
  • Experience in handling projects, product management, and employee engagement would be preferred
  • In-depth understanding of corporate laws, insurance laws and regulations, as well as legal procedures
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
