Legal Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to Head of Legal
- Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise management accordingly.
- Ensuring proper and correct review and finalization of agreements (including proper execution) in accordance with the company's interest and policies
- Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities.
- Develop and manage strategic litigation projects, draft legal applications, briefs, pleadings and other documents for submission to other parties
- Design and implement legal plans to support strategic legal operations
- Monitoring and planning licenses renewals/applications, including coordinating with licenses provider/related governmental institutions
- Ensuring the company's proper position on claims, counterclaims, disputes, etc. as well as representing the company in any disputes, if required
- Ensuring effective and efficient coordination with and proper services are provided by third-party counsels (law firms, notaries, etc.)
- Proven experience as a legal counsel in a business environment.

Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree or Master's degree/Post Graduate degree in Law or equivalent.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent. Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field with focus on matters related to property industry
- Having good analysis issue and use sound judgment, planning organizing, information seeking, orientation to detail, coordination, business process understanding, interpersonal persuasiveness ability, developing others and team leadership
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity.,
- Ability to think strategically and effectively & execute tactically
- Strong in Business acumen and problem solving
- Strong network/quarterback/leadership skills
- English proficiency both oral and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
