Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and reinforce a strong
    Anti-Fraud culture
    across the organization.
  • Maintain and update the
    employee disciplinary database
    , ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct
    data processing and analysis
    to support HR reporting and policy improvement.
  • Monitor, review, and follow up on
    employee violations
    , ensuring timely and fair resolution.
  • Handle
    industrial relations matters
    , including mediating disputes, preparing documentation, and supporting compliance with labor laws.
  • Provide guidance to leaders and employees regarding IR policies and best practices.
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives related to employee relations, governance, and discipline.
  • Prepare reports, case summaries, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders when required.
