Industrial Relation and Employee Services Officer

Qualifications:
- Preferably domiciled in South Jakarta or nearby areas.
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Industrial Relations or HR Administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; patient and attentive, especially when dealing with retired employees.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized in handling administrative tasks.
- Willing to work outside regular office hours or on weekends if required.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all work interactions.
Job Description:
- Handle administrative tasks related to industrial relations, including employee data management and official correspondence.
- Manage the process of Collective Labor Agreement (CLA/PKB) renewal and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Prepare and manage employee-related letters such as warning letters, transfer letters, and other HR correspondence.
- Provide administrative and communication support to retired employees, including after-office coordination when necessary.
- Coordinate with the HR team and management on industrial relations matters.
- Prepare and maintain reports and documentation related to industrial relations and employee services activities.
