Responsibilities of Data Annotation:

  • Annotate product data including images, descriptions, attributes, and categorizations to enhance search relevance, product recommendations, and overall user experience.

  • Label and categorize product images to improve visual search capabilities and support image-based product recommendation algorithms.

  • Tag product attributes such as size, color, brand, material, and other relevant characteristics to enable accurate filtering and sorting options for customers.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Education D3 any major

  • Have on experience at BPO Industry

  • Have on experience as Team Leader minimum 6 month

  • English skills is a must ( minimum B2 )

  • Willing to work in shifting schedule

  • Cooperate with the implementation of project delivery, monitor team service quality and efficiency, and promote the achievement of KPI.

  • Good at organizing performance coaching for staff in the team, implementing performance to excellence and controlling staff turnover.

  • Willing for placement at Yogyakarta site.
