Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Team Lead located in Yogyakarta. The Creative Team Lead will oversee creative direction and provide leadership to a team. Responsibilities include managing projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, and executing effective branding and art direction strategies. The role requires the ability to balance creative vision with business goals while nurturing a creative and productive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Creative Direction and Art Direction to develop impactful and innovative campaigns
  • Strong Team Leadership abilities to guide, mentor, and inspire a creative team
  • Experience in Project Management to effectively plan, execute, and deliver creative projects on time
  • Expertise in Branding to maintain and elevate brand identity and strategy
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Marketing, Communications, or Design
