Job Description

As the Lead of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to support business growth. You will manage brand positioning, oversee digital and offline campaigns, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with the company's objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to balance strategic planning with execution.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
  • Manage brand positioning, identity, and consistency across all communication channels.

  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to ensure marketing alignment with overall business strategy.
