Jobdesk

  • Mengatur, memantau dan mengelola performa seluruh marketplace (Shopee, Tiktok, Lazada, Tokopedia, dan lainnya)
  • Memonitor pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh seluruh tim admin e-commerce (monitor harian)
  • Mengawasi proses order-to-delivery (pemrosesan pesanan, pengepakan, pengiriman, dan retur barang).
  • Memastikan semua pesanan e-commerce diproses tepat waktu dan akurat.
  • Menangani dan menyelesaikan kendala operasional, termasuk keluhan pelanggan yang kompleks.
  • Memberikan pelatihan dan arahan kepada staf e-commerce sesuai SOP yang dibuat.
  • Memonitor SLA (Service Level Agreement) dan KPI e-commerce (shipping time, order accuracy, customer satisfaction, dsb).
  • Membuat laporan rutin (penjualan online, performa channel, fulfillment rate, dll).
  • Berpartisipasi dalam strategi pengembangan operasional online yang lebih efisien.
  • Membuat promo, campaign, dan briefing admin terkait hal ini.
  • Koordinasi dengan tim Gudang dan tim lainnya.

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/D3/S1 semua jurusan.
  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang e-commerce atau retail digital
  • Menguasai platform marketplace dan sistem manajemen order (omnichannel; Ginee atau lainnya).
  • Terbiasa menggunakan Excel, Google Sheet dan software operasional e-commerce
  • Mampu bekerja dalam tim, multitasking, dan Leadership.
  • Komunikatif, solutif, dan siap bekerja dalam ritme cepat (fast-paced environment).
