We are looking for an experienced and creative Creative Team Leader / Supervisor to lead and guide our team in creating engaging and high-quality content for product promotion across social media and e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, and Lazada.

This role requires someone who can combine strong leadership skills with creative thinking — capable of managing a team that produces videos, images, and promotional banners that align with our brand's marketing goals.


Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a creative team consisting of videographers, content creators, graphic designers, and editors.
  • Develop creative strategies and content concepts (video, images, and banner designs) for product marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all visual materials are aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional content for Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, Lazada, and other digital platforms.
  • Provide direction, feedback, and quality control throughout the content creation process.
  • Manage timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed according to schedule.
  • Keep up with current trends in design, video formats, and social media content.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in creative content, video production, or digital marketing.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, engaging, and high-performing ideas.
  • Hands-on experience producing content for social media and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, Lazada, Instagram, etc.).
  • Good understanding of graphic design principles, video storytelling, and content marketing.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Experience in the e-commerce or online retail industry is a plus.
