We are incubating more and more business models on our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in beauty, within the South Asia region.Responsibilities:Mencapai target sell out BA yang ada di area nyaMelakukan coaching, training, dan monitoring pada BAMengindentifikasi kebutuhan training untuk setiap BA Memberikan laporan hasil kerja mingguan terkait (performa, kegiatan kompetitor, evaluasi promo, grooming, update display & visual ) Update promo setiap bulannya ke semua tim BA dan memastikan promo berjalan sesuai periodeMembuat hasil laporan pencapaian sales yang ditentukan oleh perusahaan Menjalankan tugas kunjungan ke toko sesuai dengan rencana kerja, koordinasi dengan tim VM ( update visual, acrylik & branding lain nya )Requirements:Have at least 1 year experience as Team Leader (preferably Cosmetics Sales)Beauty EnthusiastHave good communication skillsAble to work under pressureEasy to socialiseWe have a 'CREATED' culture (Collaboration, Responsible, Efficient, Agile, Tough, Extraordinary, Detail).
