QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Candidate must have at least a high school graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Beauty Advisor / Sales Promotion in the Retail  Beauty / Skin Care / Luxury Brand sector.
  • Have skills: Retail Sales, Skincare Beauty Sales, Cosmetics Sales Promoter, Beauty Consultant.
  • Highly motivated, goal oriented and passionate about achieving targets.
  • Have good sales record and communication skills.
  • Responsible, disciplined, thorough, able to work in a team and interested in the world of beauty.
  • Willing to work in the mall and shifting, weekends, or national holidays.
  • Can join as soon as possible.
  • Placement in Jakarta.

RESPONSIBILITY :

  • Promote and sell skincare to customers.
  • Build relationships with customers through good service.
  • Actively engage in direct face-to-face sales with customers.
  • Be active with customers by offering existing promotions by explaining existing products.
  • Follow company regulations.
  • Achieve targets set by the company.
  • Responsible for opening and closing outlets.
  • Able and responsible for controlling inventory every day.
  • Make sales reports to the Store Manager.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend products and skincare that suit customers.
