Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    Bachelor's Degree (S1)
    in Computer Engineering, Information Management, Information Systems, Computer Systems, or related IT fields.
  • Knowledge of at least one programming language is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of
    database concepts
    ; hands-on experience is preferred.
  • Experience in IT operations or application development teams.

b. Senior level: Minimum
5 years of experience

  • Familiar with
    Windows and Linux operating systems

  • Knowledge of
    data backup, system security, and disaster recovery procedures
    .
  • Experience configuring and managing
    applications and operating systems
    .
  • Able to
    prepare reports and provide recommendations
    for team improvements.
  • Experienced in creating
    SOPs and documentation
    for operational continuity.
  • Able to plan and perform
    preventive maintenance
    proactively.
  • Familiar with
    Jira
    for task tracking and coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, analyze, and perform
    health checks
    on existing databases, providing improvement recommendations based on incident data.
  • Conduct
    operational improvements
    for application and database management processes.
  • Support
    Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) testing
  • Support
    internal and external audit data requirements
    .
  • Support
    promote, change, and enhancement activities
    within the Change Management unit.
  • Support
    application testing
    in production environments for changes or enhancements.
  • Provide
    efficient and optimal solutions
    for database management.
  • Diagnose and resolve
    application-related issues
    effectively.
  • Perform
    corrective maintenance
    including root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and escalation to vendors if needed (onsite or remote).
  • Provide
    trend and incident reports
    , along with recommendations for improvement and daily operational reports.
