Job Description

  • Formulate Strategies Centred Around Achieving Concrete Sales Outcomes
  • Develop Comprehensive Plans To Surpass Divisional And Individual Targets, In Alignment With Our Company's Sales Policies And Strategies
  • Provide Consistent Daily And Monthly Sales Guidance, Underpinned By Meticulously Structured Quarterly Action Plans Influenced By Your Pragmatic Approach
  • Cultivate The Growth, Training, And Motivation Of Our Sales Force, Cultivating Their Skills For Exceptional Results
  • Lead A Team Of Sales Advisers, Ensuring Not Only Target Achievement But Also Its Transcendence Through Adept Management And Rigorous Performance Evaluations
  • Regularly Evaluate Sales And Business Progress, Gauging The Effectiveness Of Our Sales Advisers
  • Cultivate Robust Relationships With Key Clients, Eliminating Business Obstacles And Harmonising With Our Long-term Company Direction

Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree from university
  • Demonstrated sales management in CLIA, Biochemistry and Hematology
  • Leadership style characterised by motivation and a focus on results
  • Proficiency in technology, budgeting, and impeccable report-writing abilities
  • Having at least 8 years working experience as the IVD sales
