Job Description

  • Develop And Execute Effective Sales Strategies And Action Plans To Achieve Or Exceed Sales Targets Within The Region.
  • Lead And Manage A Team Of Sales Representatives, Providing Guidance, Coaching, And Support To Ensure Their Performance And Professional Development.
  • Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Key Clients, Distributors, And Channel Partners, Fostering Trust And Collaboration To Drive Sales And Market Share Growth.
  • Conduct Regular Market Analysis, Monitor Competitor Activities, And Identify Emerging Trends And Consumer Insights To Develop Targeted Sales And Marketing Strategies.
  • Collaborate With The Marketing Department To Plan And Execute Promotional Activities, Product Launches, And Trade Marketing Initiatives To Enhance Brand Visibility And Increase Product Sales.
  • Analyze Sales Data, Market Reports, And Performance Metrics To Evaluate Sales Effectiveness, Identify Opportunities For Improvement, And Develop Action Plans To Optimize Sales Performance.
  • Prepare Accurate Sales Forecasts And Budgets For The Region, Track Actual Performance Against Targets, And Implement Corrective Actions When Necessary.
  • Ensure Effective Coordination And Communication With Cross-functional Teams Such As Production, Supply Chain, And Finance To Support Timely Order Processing, Product Availability, And Seamless Customer Service.

Requirement

  • Proven track record within the consumer goods industry.
  • Experience in the Frozen Food category will be preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of the beverage market, including consumer behaviour, distribution channels, and the competitor landscape.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
