What You'll Do

  • Achieve
    100% distributor Sell In
    and ensure Sell Out aligns with business targets.
  • Expand market presence through
    strategic channel development
    and entry into new areas.
  • Drive
    customer acquisition initiatives
    , including training programs, fleet management, and roadshows.
  • Strengthen
    distributor relationships
    through proactive engagement and cross-functional collaboration.


What We're Looking For

  • 8–12 years
    of sales experience, including
    3–5 years
    in a managerial role.
  • Proven success in
    channel/distributor sales
    and
    team management
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    regional markets and consumer behavior
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Marketing, or Engineering
    (MBA preferred).
  • Exceptional
    leadership, communication, and negotiation
    skills.
  • High
    customer orientation
    and business acumen.
  • Willingness to
    travel extensively
    within the region.
