Job Description

  • Provide Financial Analysis And Strategic Support For Investment Projects In Southeast Asia And M&A Activities
  • Conduct Due Diligence, Financial Modeling, And Analysis On Potential Investments And Acquisitions
  • Develop And Present Business Cases For Investment And M&A Opportunities To Senior Management
  • Work With Cross-functional Teams To Identify Opportunities To Optimize Business Performance And Drive Growth
  • Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Investors, Financial Institutions, And Other External Parties
  • Conduct Regular Financial Reviews And Variance Analysis To Identify Risks And Opportunities And Make Recommendations To Improve Financial Performance
  • Monitor And Report On The Financial Performance Of Investment Projects And M&A Activities, Including Preparation Of Financial Statements And Reports
  • Develop And Manage Financial Budgets And Forecasts For Investment Projects And M&A Activities
  • Identify And Implement Process Improvements To Increase Efficiency And Effectiveness Of The Finance Function

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in finance, investment analysis, M&A, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
  • Solid understanding of Southeast Asia markets and business practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve goals and objectives
  • Proficiency in financial analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
