Commercial Finance Business Partner & ERP Integration Partner (Jakarta) 

As a dynamic Commercial Finance and ERP Integration Partner, you will bridge financial strategy, commercial insights, and ERP system deployments. You will collaborate closely with business units to provide commercial finance expertise, driving profitable decision-making while supporting seamless ERP rollouts. By aligning financial and commercial processes with technology solutions, the role ensures optimized operational efficiency and enhanced data-driven insights to support business growth and strategic objectives. You will act as a key bridge between finance, commercial teams, and IT, ensuring alignment and delivering value across both areas.

Your opportunity:

Commercial Finance Partnering

• Provide expert commercial finance support to business units, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and financial performance monitoring.

• Collaborate with commercial leaders and Finance Controllers to translate business insights into actionable financial strategies.

• Drive financial planning processes and deliver data-driven recommendations to support business growth and decision-making.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand commercial drivers and embed financial discipline into business operations.

ERP Rollout Support

• Lead finance-related activities within the SAP ERP rollout, ensuring financial controls, processes, and reporting requirements are integrated into the system design.

• Serve as the finance liaison between commercial teams, IT, and external consultants during all phases of the ERP implementation.

• Support testing, training, and change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of the new system by finance and commercial teams.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and post-implementation optimization to maximize ERP benefits and operational efficiency.

Who you are:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience supporting or leading SAP ERP rollouts, with strong knowledge of financial modules and business processes.

• Proven track record in commercial finance partnering or controlling, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively across finance, IT, and commercial teams.

• Strong analytical skills focused on process improvement and driving data-based decisions.

• Experience thriving in fast-paced, transformation-driven environments.

• Relevant finance qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) or equivalent experience preferred.
