Responsibilities

  • Prepare MEP work plans in accordance with the project schedule.
  • Coordinate with the MEP Consultant, and perform superimpose of work and drawings with Structural and Architectural Drawings.
  • Coordinate with the Senior Electrical Operational regarding technical calculations (load calculation, equipment capacity, sizing, etc.) and technical issues at the site with all the necessary parties.
  • Manage MEP working drawings and work methods, and ensure integration between all MEP systems.
  • Ensure the installation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems is carried out in accordance with drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate the Testing & Commissioning for each MEP system prior to handover.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electro/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Possesses a SKA as a Licensed Mechanical Engineering Expert.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a project MEP engineer, or an equivalent role.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCad.
  • Ability to work using Project Management platform.
  • Ability to manage multiple construction projects at various stages of their lifecycle.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high quality results.
