• Lead, coordinate, and supervise daily work of MEP workers/technicians on-site, with a primary focus on Electrical works.
• Monitor and control work quality to ensure installation follows drawings, technical standards, and safety requirements.
• Check and request materials needed on-site; coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure availability.
• Understand and oversee installation of electrical systems such as panels, cabling, lighting, outlets, grounding, and protection systems.
• Support and coordinate mechanical and plumbing tasks at a basic level (not expert-level, but able to understand workflow and materials).
• Prepare daily work logs, progress updates, and report issues or delays to the MEP Engineer / Assistant Director.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and related teams to ensure smooth workflow on-site.
• Maintain discipline, productivity, and performance of workers.
• Assist with quality checking before testing, commissioning, or handover stages.

• English Proficiency and Based in Bali (preferred)
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in MEP installation, preferably with strong electrical background.
• Good understanding of MEP materials, tools, and installation methods.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise workers/technicians on-site.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems (able to coordinate and identify materials).
• Able to read and understand construction drawings (MEP).
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams
• Strong work discipline, problem-solving attitude, and willingness to work on-site.
