Sebagai Manager Import, Anda akan memainkan peran strategis dalam mengatur alur impor barang ke dalam operasi kami yang luas dan terus berkembang.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

  1. Mengelola seluruh proses impor barang, termasuk koordinasi dengan mitra, pemantauan pengiriman, dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan kepabeanan
  2. Mengoptimalkan biaya dan efisiensi operasional impor, sambil tetap menjaga kualitas layanan yang tinggi
  3. Mengembangkan dan menerapkan prosedur dan kebijakan impor yang efektif untuk memastikan kelancaran alur kerja
  4. Pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun di bidang import atau international procurement, dengan pengalaman memimpin tim.
  5. Menguasai prosedur dan dokumen import (PIB, PEB, LC, Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, dan lain-lain).
  6. Memahami regulasi kepabeanan, HS Code, dan peraturan-peraturan terkait import.
  7. Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik dengan supplier maupun pihak forwarder.
  8. Terbiasa berkoordinasi dengan bea cukai, PPJK, shipping line, dan instansi terkait.
  9. Mampu menyusun perencanaan dan kontrol biaya import (costing, freight, duty, tax).
  10. Membangun dan memelihara hubungan yang baik dengan mitra bisnis, agen kepabeanan, dan otoritas pemerintah terkait
  11. Memimpin dan mengarahkan tim impor, memastikan kinerja dan pengembangan profesional mereka

Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan

  1. Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan (diutamakan yang relevan dengan Supply Chain, Logistik, atau Bisnis Internasional).
  2. Pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun di bidang import atau international procurement, dengan pengalaman memimpin tim.
  3. Kemampuan analitis yang kuat untuk mengidentifikasi area perbaikan dan memberikan solusi yang inovatif
  4. Mahir dalam penggunaan ERP (nilai lebih)
  5. Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, baik secara lisan maupun tertulis, serta keterampilan negosiasi yang efektif
  6. Kemampuan untuk bekerja dalam tim dan memimpin tim impor dengan sukses
  7. Memiliki kemampuan analisis, leadership, dan problem solving yang kuat.
  8. Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan menyelesaikan pekerjaan sesuai deadline.
  9. Fasih menggunakan komputer dan aplikasi kerja (Microsoft Office, sistem ERP menjadi nilai tambah).
  10. Bahasa Inggris aktif (lisan & tulisan).
  11. Memiliki Sertifikat Ahli Kepabeanan (Wajib)
